Prerequisite: In order to access this you need to have allow_equipment_inspection_form permission allocated to your account by the administrator

To start inspection click on the +1 button on the dashboard. The inspection has 4 stages as shown on the below tabs

Step 1: Equipment scan or search

During inspection the equipment needs to either be scanned or input the qr code serial number as show on the two tabs below

In this option a serial number on the qr code should be entered and then find equipment button clicked. You can always switch to qr code scanner option by clicking on the switch to qr code scanner button above

While using the Qr code scanner option the scanner needs to be aligned to the generated QR code which should automatically retrieve the equipment details

Step 2: Equipment details verification

In this step after scanning the equipment the user should verify that the details are correct as shown in the image below. Incase the details are wrong one can click on back to step 1.

Step 3: Inspection checklist

In this step the checklist items are automatically loaded depending on the equipment scanned in step 1. Each checklist item requires yes or no checked. Incase a no is checked a comment is required as shown in the image below.

NB: If an item is not marked the application will show an error message requiring all items to be checked

Step 4: Upload images

In this step images of the equipment can be uploaded. To upload an image select use camera button and then take a picture.

This step is not mandatory. If there are no images to be uploaded inspection can still be submitted.

Upon finalizing the inspection click on submit button where the application will require one to confirm if to submit the inspection or not. After submission a message is presented on whether the inspection was submitted successfully or not.
