Account: In order to login to the application you'll need an account to be created and having installed the application on your device.

Login phone verification

During account verification a registered phone number needs to be entered on the phone number field. A country needs to be selected and the phone number input should be in the international number format.

NB: During input of the phone number the starting 0 needs to be ommited. An example for a phone number 0712345678, the number should be entered as 712345678 so that the full phone number is [phone]

Code confirmation

After phone number input a unique 4 digit code is sent to the phone number. In android devices the number is detected automatically and added to the code field, for ios and web browser the user needs to input the 4 digit code manually. After code input click on verify code for the application to login.

A sample SMS sent has the following format:

<#>SORADIUS your access code is 9834: OC7SJ816LY4.

For the above text message the code input is 9834.

Incase where a wrong code is input the application will send an invalid code warning.
