Inspection

Prerequisite: In order to access this you need to have allow_building_inspection_form permission allocated to your account by the administrator.

To start inspection click on the +1 button on the dashboard. The inspection has 2 stage as shown on the below tabs

Step 1: Building selection

On this step the building type is selected which will automatically load the checklist items allocated to the selected building

Step 2: Checklist items

On this step every checklist item requires to be selected as either Yes, No or N/A

For every no selected a comment requires to be entered.

Upon selection of all items click on the submit button and a confirmation of the submission will be sent.

NB: An email is sent out after every building inspection is done
